Berry & Damore, LLC was founded in 2004 by long-time High School friends, John Berry and Dave Damore, out of their desire to create the premier boutique real estate firm in the Valley, capable of assisting clients in all aspects of the entitlement and development process. John Berry has decades of experience successfully working with neighborhoods, cities, and counties through the zoning entitlement process. Dave Damore likewise has decades of experience in real estate transactions. Dave has also worked for many years as a bankruptcy attorney, and thus is uniquely suited to both protect clients in challenging times, and assist in real estate workout situations. Wendy Riddell has also been with the firm since its inception, and like John Berry, assists clients in all aspects of the entitlement and development process. Kurt Merschman joined the firm in 2008, bringing substantial experience in general corporate, M&A and securities matters.
